Jerseyville Civil War Reenactment

A full-blown festival typically held on Labor Day weekend, the Jerseyville Reenactment is a family-oriented event centered on and around the Colonel William H. Fulkerson farmstead and mansion. The festival is designed to promote the cultural, educational and historical facets of Jersey County's agricultural history. Through reenactments, encampments, and living history, the festival provides the spectator with insight into life during the antebellum as well as the Civil War.
