Ledges Golf Club

Ledges GC is located in the golfing hotbed of northern Illinois in the Rockford area of Winnebago County.

The club is about 10 miles northeast of downtown Rockford and may be the best golfing value in Illinois. It is a former private country club subsequently bought by the county in 1978 and boasts the same course rating as Pinehurst #2 course. The scenic course is set in a valley surrounded by wooded hills, limestone walls and caves, with a stream meandering throughout with water coming into play on 10 of the 18 holes.
