Provides Mental Health treatment and care for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages who are mentally ill, and adults who are developmentally disabled. Singer is a public mental hospital providing inpatient hospitalization to individuals of all ages who are in need of a 24 hour protective environment. Center acts as a backup facility to outpatient programs in the nine Northwestern Counties of Illinois.
