Earth Mothers restaurant serves a breakfast menu that includes tapioca French toast, smoked wild-caught salmon plate and toasted manna bread. Marinated organic tofu, home-roasted turkey breast sandwich, chicken Caesar sandwich, tuna salad sandwich and soy cheese are included in the lunch menu. The Sunday bunch menu consists of egg torte, tapioca French toast, egg salad sandwich, and herb roasted vegetables. Herb-scented stuffed mushrooms, Amish bleu cheese shortbreads and chicken waldorf salad are the catering menu. Juices, fruit smoothies, coffee, espresso, black tea, green and herbal teas constitute the variety of beverages.
