The Salpicon restaurant serves a dinner menu which includes such items as: Grilled tiger shrimp served with two sauces, a rich vegetable stock with tomatoes and epazote, grilled tiger shrimp in sweet garlic and olive oil sauce, lentil soup garnished with grilled pineapple and small thick tortillas stuffed with black beans and shredded beef. Some of the brunch menu consists of tequila sunrise, fresh blue marlin marinated in lime juice with onions and soft tortillas cooked in a spicy tomatillo-serrano sauce. Sparklers, white wines, and red wines are the wine specials. Gift certificates are available.
