Located in southern Illinois in Franklin County, Rend Lake Golf Course is one of the finest public golf course facilities in the Midwest. The 27-hole complex features large contoured bent grass greens along with Zoysia grass fairways and tees. The course is recognized as both challenging for the accomplished player and enjoyable for the beginning golfer. RLGC annually hosts the Gateway Southern Illinois Open, a sanctioned PGA event, and was host of the Illinois State Amateur in 1998.
