The 2,500-acre Snakeden Hollow State Fish and Wildlife Area, located in western Illinois in
Knox County about 15 miles northwest of
Galesburg and 1 mile southeast of
Victoria, features exceptional waterfowl, upland game and archery deer hunting opportunities. The 125 water impoundments scattered over 400 acres offer largemouth and smallmouth bass, bluegill, crappie, channel catfish, bullhead, rainbow, and brown trout fishing.
