Located in the Oscar Taylor Home, a two-story 1857 stone house surrounded by trees brought west by covered wagon. Noted as a stop on the underground railroad, the museum features 19th-century furnishings. On the grounds are a log cabin, an old schoolhouse, a farm museum and an arboretum containing 60 types of trees. Tours are available by appointment. The Arboretum is free.
