Dover Straits Restaurant and Lounge serves continental-specialty fresh sea foods and fine meats. The lunch menu includes oysters Rockefeller, imperial salad, orange roughy sandwich, chicken alfredo, Atlantic salmon filet, and jumbo French fried shrimp. Early Bird menu such as imported Dover sole, breast of chicken angelica, and New York cut strip steak are served. Dinner menu has a choice of baked clams oreganotta, flounder Wellington, chicken sandwich, and cold water lobster. Fried chicken breast strips, fried fish sticks, and grilled cheese are the children's menu. Jordan Chardonnay, Riesling, Ferrari, and Zinfandel are the wine specials. There are three dining rooms with tables and booths, cocktail bar, lounge, and rooms for special functions.
