Viand Bar and Kitchen is a flavorful twist on an American-style "brasserie" to Chicago. Showcasing the restaurant’s unique dining concept, Executive Chef Jay Denham has created an extensive, yet eclectic menu, featuring more than 20 innovative "small plates" and inventive interpretations of American "comfort foods" and brasserie-style fare. The bar specializes in hand-crafted cocktails, featuring a unique Martini Service, offering a variety of "culinary cocktails", served on a custom metal tray with a glass and shaker, accompanied with an array of specialized, tasty garnishes. Banquet facilities for up to 200 guests are also available.
