Tiskilwa is located in north central Illinois in central
Bureau County south of
Interstate 80 about 10 miles southeast of
Princeton on the southern banks of the Hennepin Canal.
Recreation in the area can be found along the Illinois River or around Goose Lake or Lake Thunderbird all just minutes to the southeast. In addition, golfers will want to test Indian Hill Golf Club, a scenic 9-hole course complete with driving range and full-service lounge.
