The main house has five rooms and in a separate building the coach house has three apartment suites. Between the two buildings is an ivy-covered courtyard garden. Some rooms in the main house have Jacuzzis and all three common rooms have fireplaces. Throughout there is a wealth of Chicago art and artifacts.
