Waterfall's Family Taekwondo offers Taekwondo for adults and children, specialized weapon clinics, aerobic workouts, and Kickboxing. The class time is devoted to working out, stretching, practicing, and applying moves learned. Taekwondo lessons stress self-defense, and promote the morals of courtesy, integrity, and self-control. Private instruction is also available.
