Visiting Nurse Association Hospice is a Medicare certified hospice providing service to patients in Southwestern Indiana and Southeastern Illinois. It offers full service palliative care to patients with a terminal diagnosis with a limited life expectancy. A team of hospice professionals work with each hospice family to design a plan of care to support both the family and the patient during the terminal phase of illness.
