Located on North A Street, this museum occupies the 1865 former Quaker meetinghouse of the Whitewater Society of Friends. Glass, china, tools, and clothing of the area's early settlers are displayed. Other items include an Egyptian mummy, a Japanese samurai warrior's uniform, a 1929 Davis airplane, and carriages and vintage cars made in
Richmond. Among the highlights are a pioneer general store, an 1823 log cabin and a loom house as well as cobbler, blacksmith, and apothecary shops.
