Hope Hospice has provided hospice and palliative care services since 1995. It is a nonprofit, public benefit organization providing compassionate and specialized care for the terminally ill in all of Fulton County and other nearby cities. Hope Hospice is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid and is licensed by the Indiana Department of health.
