The ales can be enjoyed at the peak of freshness directly from serving tanks, and make a perfect complement to the tasty pub fare at the brewery's own on-site restaurant. You can view the operations through the glass viewing area, and see what hands-on attention to detail goes in to making a great beer. There is a fine collection of memorabilia to view from the city's former breweries.
