Ballyheigue

Ballyheigue is a village in western County Kerry on the Atlantic seaboard. It boasts one of the finest Blue Flag Beaches in Ireland. Of historical note is that Sir Roger Casement landed here in 1916 and was subsequently executed by the British for treason.
