In Co. Dublin. This is an exhibition devoted to the life and work of James Joyce. The museum is housed in a Martello Tower, many of which were built along the Irish east coast to withstand invasion by Napoleon. The tower itself features in the first chapter of Joyce's masterpiece Ulysses. Letters, photographs, rare first editions and personal items make up the main part of the exhibition.
