Orginally founded in 1900 Moate Golf Club moved to the present site in 1940 as a 9 hole course. In 1993 it was extended to an 18 hole course. It is set in a gently rolling parkland and presents a wide varity of challenges to both the beginner and the experienced golfer. Moate golf club is noted far and wide for it's hospitality and friendliness of it's members.
