The lush native grasses of the beautiful Flint Hills surround this small rural community about 50 miles East of Wichita. AUTOMOBILE DRIVERS TAKE NOTE: Airplanes have the street Right of Way in this town! Beaumont is a popular destination for pilots of small planes, which are allowed to taxi through town from the landing strip to the hotel. Nearby is the El Dorado State Park.
