This site is located in the East Region of the state, in Douglas County. US Interstate 70 runs West-East through Lawrence. In a rural, pastoral setting. Wide coverd porches and large expanses of open lawn surround this historical, but active ranch. Owned, expanded and operated by cowgirl/Innkeeper Mary Cronemeyer's family through five generations. Today the ranch encompasses 1,200 acres of prairie and timber. It is home to small herds of bison, longhorns and herefords as well as indigenous wildlife.
