Fowler

Founded 1887. Located in northeast Meade County, in the Southwest Region of the state. Population 2000: 567. Elevation: 2481'. The Crooked River, a tributary to the Cimarron River and the Union Pacific Railroad both run through Fowler.

Fowler is the location of the infamous Dalton Gang Hideout.

The town is nestled in a broad valley renowned for Artesian wells. Turn north from US 54 and cross the Southern Pacific tracks to explore the town. Visitors will enjoy a full range of community services in Fowler.
