Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $2,900. Patrons make 1,050 visits annually, and check out materials 3,900 times. Forty-eight percent of all check-outs are children's materials.

It is a perfect way to spend a summer evening with family and friends. They have several programs to study and explore such as Speaker's Bureau and Poster and Sonnet Contest. The faculty includes theatre professionals, actors, and educators experienced in performing and teaching Shakespeare. Many of the instructors are veterans of festival productions.
