Population: (2000) 3422, Elevation: 1240 feet. Located in Butler County, in the Central Region of the state, near the Walnut River. Rose Hill is a growing community in the southwestern corner of Butler County (BU) and is in the Wichita, Kansas. About 15-minutes drive west of Wichita.
