American Cave Museum & Hidden River Cave

Located on East Main Street, this museum features displays about cave formations and explorations, ground water, historical artifacts and American Indians. A set of stairs leads to an underground river that flows beneath the town of Horse Cave. Guided tours through the cave are available.

Open daily 9am-7pm in summer; 9am-5pm the rest of the year. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
