Gingerwood Lodges is a quiet family resort located near the south of Kentucky Lake Dam. They offer a variety of accommodations, from a sleeper cabin that beds 2 people to the largest two-bedroom cottages which can sleep up to 10 people. Cabins have king, twin beds, bath with shower, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a half-court concrete basketball court, volleyball and badminton area, a swing set and an in-ground swimming pool with a large sundeck. For fishermen and boaters it provides plenty of boat parking, electric hook-ups and a fish cleaning area. Nearby activities include biking, hiking, horseback riding and golf. Area attractions include Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area, a family water park, National Quilt Museum, antique malls and various shops to chose from.
