Southern Komfort Resort and Campground, located in the Southern Komfort Village, is both a destination vacation spot, and a seasonal getaway (2nd home) spot. It offers one, two or three bedroom cottages. The cabins all have complete kitchens, linens, air conditioning and a lake view.Campground features quiet relaxation, security and Kentucky Lake. Boat slips are available. The Marina has a floating restaurant, multiple fuel docks, and both low and high octane gasoline. It has over 100 slips for boats up to fifty-five feet; most are for boats up to 30 feet. The restaurant features country cooking, really great breakfast meals and, on occasion, pot luck for everyone. Some breeds of dogs are permitted while cats are not permitted. Fishing is permitted from the fishing pier, which is open all night.
