Abita Brewing Company

The Abita Brewing Company was founded in 1986 and is nestled in the piney woods 30 miles north of New Orleans. In 1994 the original site was turned into a 100 seat pub and a new facility for brewing was built. The lagers and ales as brewed in small batches, hand-crafted by dedicated workers with pride in this form of brewing process which uses only the finest ingredients and the pure artesian water of Abita Springs. Brewery tours are available on weekends. Please stop by for a visit.
