Located in Southwest Louisiana on Interstate 10, Guided Ventures Smokin' Gun Hunting Resort offers a variety of hunting types, from squirrels to alligators. The bird hunting course will give the hunter up to sixteen locations where the birds will flush automatically as in an open field. The doubles course will give each shooter eight shots, eight left in eight right stations, providing mallards, pheasant, quail, or chukar.

Alligator, teal, duck, goose, dove, wood cock, squirrel, rabbit, big game hunting, white tail deer, and wild hog hunting are also available. Professional guides, dog, and handler are provided.

Individual and group hunts are possible. Other services include bird cleaning and fishing trips.
