Lake Providence

Lake Providence is located in East Carroll Parish (of which it is the parish seat) within the Sportsman's Paradise Region, between Tallulah and Highland on the banks of the Mississippi River along U.S. Highway 65 near the Bayou Macon Wildlife Management Area, Poverty Point State Historic Site and the Louisiana State Cotton Museum.
