Aside from its cyber identity, Gallery Gorgon exists as a real gallery in the heart of New Orlean's Uptown Garden District. Nestled among the antique stores and eclectic specialty shops of world renowned Magazine Street, the gallery first opened its doors to the public in October of 1999. Dedicated to the promotion and exposure of upcoming local New Orleans artists, Gallery Gorgon is part of the tiny conglomeration of McEleney Studios. It exhibits the work of outside artists, with shows rotating every 6-9 weeks.
