Dudelange

The commune of Dudelange, population 17,348, is located at the southern edge of Luxembourg, bordering France. It is noted for the Dudelange Municipal Museum, located in the former home of a director of the towns metalworking plants. Dudelange is nicknamed the Forge of the South ("Forge du Sud") because of the strong presence of the steel industry.

The A13 and the A3 roadways come together in a major interchange known as the Croisement de Dudelange nearby Dudelange proper; most of the town lies southwest of the intersection.
