The Koffergrouf Museum traces the history of the Stolzembourg Copper Mine, which had been in service for over five centuries before closing down. The exhibits document the geology and geography of the mine area, the history of the mine and the extraction techniques used by the miners, and the stories of the miners themselves. Part of the museum is an open air walking tour with explanatory placards to guide the visitor around the site of the old mine.
