Classes at the Yoga Sanctuary provide a supportive, compassionate and inspiring environment in which students are encouraged to practice at their own pace. The center was inspired by the vision and intention of creating a sacred and uplifting space for individuals, families, and people of all ages in the community. The center offers playful and nurturing classes for children ages 4-12 and fun, relaxing and supportive classes for teens. The center offers classes for all levels of ability; no one is too young, too old or too stiff to begin yoga and enjoy its healing benefits.
