The Samuel Fitch House is an 18th century Saltbox Colonial. The main house includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One of these rooms is available as a suite with a private sitting room and screened porch. In addition attached to the main house is a separate two-story Carriage House Suite, which has its own private entrance. The Fitch Suite has a bedroom with queen-size pencil post bed with hand-crocheted canopy, fireplace, and original wide hardwood floors with area rugs. The Carriage House is equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, sink, and small refrigerator. A full breakfast is served with fruit, muffins, juice, coffee/tea, and a hot entree. Local activities include dining, hiking trails, summer swimming, and alpine and cross country skiing.
