The Strassler Family Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark University is an exciting forum for education and scholarship about the Holocaust, the Armenian Genocide, and other genocides around the world. Dedicated to teaching, research, and public service, the Center trains the Holocaust historians and genocide studies scholars of the future about genocide and genocidal situations. It has an elegant turn-of-the-century villa, the Cohen-Lasry House, which holds a large seminar room, and faculty and student offices. There is also a library featuring a collection of over 3,500 books and materials on the Holocaust, many dating from 1933 to 1947.
