This is a win-win deal; you consign fresh items or leftover yard sale items. They are all documented, itemized, contracted. Then the items are labeled, and priced. The customer buys the items, and then the item is written down on our daily paperwork. Then the sales are transferred to Microsoft excel. You will receive a check on the first week of every month with an itemized listing printed up. If you want the items after 30 days please pick up any leftover items, or the items will be either thrown away or donated to Salvation Army. We can provide tax deduction information upon request. Usually due to high traffic, 90% of all items are sold in the month. 30% of the items sold on the first day alone. We are basically selling you 30 days of unbelievable retail space.

This is a great opportunity for people who don't want to have a yard sale, or people who are moving. You can not compare this to a yard sale. Most people want to nickel, dime you, when they enter your home. We charge a fair retail price that entices the customer to purchase the item right away, or the chance of losing the opportunity to purchase these pre-approved items. We take everything; we don't come into your house and select all expensive items. We take everything except, clear glass, baskets, clothes or lamps. Popular items include but are not limited to: Antiques, electronics, jewelry, vcr or cassette tapes, woman’s purses’, collectibles and furniture. We pick up items or you can bring us the items in the car.

My father is an antique auctioneer. The Bayles’ name means a lot to the industry over the last two decades. My 12 years of antique experience, combined with my 7 years of bringing box truck loads of items to flea markets (Hollis, Revere, Rowley, Lynn) enables me to immediately know the market value of any item. The addition to the business of my wife brings the knowledge, and diligent unsurpassed work ethic that customers and clients deserve. We provide an excellent, incomparable experience, you will tell all of your friends. Word of mouth is spreading fast; we will become the best thrift store in Ma period. Common items around the house including blenders, toasters, and other common non-used items are turning into cash quickly. Please call for a free, non-committing conversation on the new wave of turning, items that are not used by you, into cash.
