Roshankish Tae Kwon Do provides training in Tae Kwon Do, a discipline that shows ways of enhancing spirit and life through training of body and mind. Each workout consists of cardio, total body, strength training, balancing mental fitness with physical fitness, for an overall complete workout. The Curriculum includes self-defense, traditional forms, sparring including light and Olympic style, one-step hand and foot techniques, grappling, and knife or stick classes. Classes are offered for children and adults, both male and female of any age.
