Originally built as a farmhouse around 1810, the Nauset House Inn is just a short walk to Nauset Beach. Nestled within 100 year old apple trees, each of the 14 hand crafted guest rooms feature hand painted furniture, floral stencils and trompe l'oeil walls. The main farmhouse has 9 guest rooms, three with private bath and six with shared baths. Luxurious terry cloth bath robes are provided for the comfort of the shared bath guests. Upon arrival guests are treated to complimentary wine, cranberry juice and hors d'oevres daily.
Also located in the main inn is the spectacular turn of the century glass conservatory. In addition to the main inn the Carriage House, located just steps away, offers some of the Inn's larger rooms with private baths and sitting areas. With a view of the conservatory the Outermost House, a cottage located in the apple orchard, is a very special place, with natural barn board, cathedral ceilings and a sunken bathroom with a faux painted sky.
