Old Sturbridge Village |
Located off I-90, this village is a recreated New England rural village of the 1830s. This 200-acre living-history museum contains more than 40 restored buildings moved from various parts of New England. Throughout the village costumed staff demonstrate the daily life and work of early New Englanders. Around the Village Common are homes, a tin shop, a shoe shop, a printing office, a bank, a law office, a center meetinghouse and a general store.
