Pepper House Inn

The Pepper House was built circa 1793 in the federal architectural style; today the four guest rooms and common areas of the Pepper House Inn have been restored to the stately elegance of the 18th and 19th centuries. Each of the spacious corner guest rooms is tastefully furnished with a queen-size, four-poster or canopied bed. Although these rooms have original wide floorboards and period decorative fireplaces, they also have the modern comforts of air conditioning, television and private bathrooms. Guests can relax in the privacy of their rooms, in the comfortable living room, on their screened porch or spacious deck. Included in your stay is complimentary early morning coffee, and a generous and hearty breakfast is served every day in the common room or, in fine summer weather, under umbrellas on the deck. Afternoon refreshments are set out daily in anticipation of your return to the Inn.
