Portugese Princess Excursions

Search Provincetown Massachusetts

Whalewatches have been conducted out of Provincetown for over fifteen years, and these captains are well-experienced and skillful whalewatchers.

The Portuguese Princess and the Captain Red are fast, modern, well-maintained, and comfortable boats. Both boats have fully-stocked galleys with snacks, hot and cold beverages, bagels, pizzas, chowder, beer, wine, cocktails, and more. There is ample viewing space both indoors and on the decks, and the captains make every effort to assure that passengers on all parts of the boat will get a view of the whales.

On the Portuguese Princess boats, you are guaranteed to see a whale. Their whale sighting success rate over the past twelve years is 99 percent. In the unlikely event they do not find whales, you are issued a 'whale check' so that you can come out again at no further charge.
