Framingham Aikikai

Framingham Aikikai is a traditional Aikido dojo, founded in 2000. It provides training in Aikido, a traditional Japanese martial art of movement and power. It is a highly effective form of self-defense, a true budo or martial way, evolved in the historic tradition of Japanese warrior arts. Aikido practice is conducted in an energized, non-competitive environment. This Aikikai teaches how to blend with an attack, and neutralize it without relying on brute strength. Consequently, it is appropriate for men, women, and children of all ages.
