The Samoset-on-the-Sound Inn sits directly across from the Oak Bluffs Town Beach and boasts unobstructed views of Nantucket Sound, the Steamship Authority ferry dock and Cape Pogue Lighthouse on Chappaquiddick Island. You can rest peacefully in any of the seven guest rooms. All rooms have unusually high cathedral ceilings and large windows which allow sea breezes to cool you during warm summer evenings. Spacious rooms are available with either private or shared baths. Read a book, relax with friends, or recouperate from the days activities in the cozy living room. A continental breakfast is served daily. The inn is open from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.
