Built in 1908 by a town doctor, The Doctor's House is tucked away on 2 beautiful acres in a quiet residential area of period homes. Featured on Home & Garden TV's Secret Gardens show. All guest rooms have private baths and air conditioning - some with a romantic fireplace and canopy bed. The magnificent master suite is perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary, or other special occasion. The rambling 6,000 sq ft. 2-story Doctor's House is just a few minutes' stroll to the village center, harbor and ferry. A viewing area at one corner of the property opens to the vista of Vineyard Haven Harbor and Cape Cod. Breakfast is not to be missed! Feast on luscious island-made jams, hot from the oven, baked muffins, just-picked fruits and berries, and savor our fresh-ground, custom-blended coffee. We're open from early April through early November. Count on it -- you won't want to leave.
