In 1984, this winery began to specialize in hard cider as a commercial venture. West County Cider uses a variety of English, French and American cider apples. They harvest between 60,000 and 120,000 pounds annually. These are pressed, then fermented and bottled, according to the various types of juices, flavors and structures.
