The menu changes from day to day - everything from the terrific homemade rosemary bread to the appetizers and dishes made with veal and seafood. As well, exotica like wild boar, ostrich and venison give diners the chance to try a new dish every time they visit. The food is always fresh, ordered from around the world and through local suppliers who seek out the best local produce when in season. The serving staff is careful to fulfill dietary requests, including helping patrons avoid foods they are allergic to, and making sure vegetarian meals are cooked without meat stock.
