The Harbour View Golf Course sits on the banks of a picturesque man-made lake in northeastern Winnipeg. It has a decidedly different par 27 layout, with water in play on five of its nine holes. Three times you will be teeing up over water, thus making an ability to loft the ball a must if you're to survive Harbour View intact. The fairways here, although short, possess gentle rolls and are subtly contoured. They are fairly open with most of the trees on this young course still developing. Sand traps affect play on every hole except one. After your round, enjoy a drink on its rustic wooden deck which extends out over the water. Or, if you still have some energy, play a game of tennis on one of the four courts available.
