Yellowhead Highway 16

The great Yellowhead Route begins at Portage La Prairie. It is the northern alternative to TransCanada Highway 1 and crosses Manitoba only a little north of it. In Manitoba, it passes through Neepawa and Minnedosa. Later, it reaches Saskatoon, Edmonton and Kamloops, where is rejoins the TransCanada.
